Psychrometry in Action

Conclusion of pre-trip psychrometric chart analysis:  I will feel cold in Reykjavik. The charts show comfort while participating in light physical activity during the month of July in New York city and Reykjavik.  Blue areas represent the distribution of temperure and air moisture content (ie humidity) in the specified time period (lighter blue = more frequent).  Given a temperature/humidity that falls inside the yellow shape, a person will feel comfortable.  What I can’t quite remember (or easily find in the help) is whether the comfort zones assume a certain level of warmth of clothing (ie a swim suit vs. a business suit), or take into account different clothing habits in warm vs. cool weather.  While it is a nice comparison, unfortunately this is not helping me decide what to pack….
